With over 40 years of experience in the automotive industry, Suzanne Lucas has built a distinguished career as an expert in dealership operations, corporate training, and process optimization. For 14 years, she served as an international corporate sales trainer with Jim Moran & Associates, Inc. (Southeast Toyota Distributors), coaching dealers and their employees across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Her focus included increasing profitability, process optimization, Value selling and  customer experience for repeat business.  

Suzanne Lucas also served as a national speaker and trainer at prominent industry events, including NADA, MADA, and WANADA.

Following her tenure at Southeast Toyota, Suzanne continued her impactful work with a large Florida dealership group, where she revolutionized training across 22 dealership locations. She created and implemented a unified training program encompassing sales processes, customer experience standards, and employee development.
